|Job Requirement||Job Description Below:
1) Knowledge of Mumbai property market and be familiar with local facilities -- schools, shopping and mass transportation.
2) Good negotiating skills to help buyers agree to terms.
3) Good marketing skills to enable them to present a persuasive picture of a property, in person and on paper.
4) Promote sale of properties through effective & different modes of lead generation & referral network.
5) Build strong, sustainable relationships with existing clients and establish new contacts through networking, proactively engage and initiate sales calls to new prospects.
6) Ensure prompt collection of payments and send payment reminders in a timely manner.
7) Keeping up to date with latest industry news and trends, changing policies, procedures and practices.
8) Good interpersonal skills to deal with buyers from wide range of backgrounds.
9) Facilitate sales team meetings, sales analysis, generate sales report and prepare MIS.
Candidates from the same industry would be more preferable.
Experience required: 2 - 3 years.
Candidate will have to arrange for her own accommodation. Company will not bear the accommodation charges.
Also, the onetime ticket and Visa expenses will be borne by the Company.
